Salary: Basic + Commission / Incentives

 

Sales and target driven candidate with minimum 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager within the Insurance Sales environment, required to manage a sales team selling Funeral Insurance.

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ Team Leader / Branch Manager / Assistance Branch Manager experience within the insurance industry essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a target driven financial sales environment required
  • Excellent selling skills essential

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance of team – Sales, Sales Quality, Productivity
  • Monitor and coach Representatives
  • Manage overall productivity of team – minimizing cancellations
  • Meet and exceed SLA’s
  • Manage resource capacity and recruit sales representatives
  • Relationship management and building with team, community and clients
  • Manage daily operations in branch
  • Compile reports
  • People management
