Salary: R 60 000 – R 80 000k per month CTC

 

EE Candidate with minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a sales team in an Outbound Sales Call Centre, specific to Short Term Insurance, required to manage the call centre sales team.

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12/NQF4 essential
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the insurance industry essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team in an Outbound Sales Call Centre environment
  • Previous sales management experience required
  • RE5, full Short Term Insurance FAIS accreditation essential

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management of the call centre sales team
  • Target, track and improve call centre metrics
  • Monitor and improve sales performance
  • Create performance/targeting pipelines
  • Analyse turnaround times, conversions and priorities and make recommendations
  • Campaign analysis and recommendations
  • Sales, system and product training to staff
  • Implement effective quality control measurements
  • Staff recruitment
  • Manage disciplinary issues, attendance
  • Design and implement initiatives to motivate staff to reach objectives
