Client Payroll Administrator and CCM Controller, with minimum 2 years’ relevant VIP Payroll experience in an Accounting and Auditing environment, required to start asap.

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Maths or Accountancy essential
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years’ VIP Payroll experience essential
  • Basic accounting knowledge required

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfil and complete payroll administration for various external clients
  • Translation of currency to Rand and processing on payroll
  • Maintain and update payroll system
  • Bi-Annual and Tax year end reconciliation and submissions
  • Annual Workmen’s Compensation return of earning submissions
  • EE submissions
  • Client queries
  • Distribution of payslips using Info slips, pdf and carbon fibre payslips
  • Package structuring and payslip templates
  • Tax advice and guidance to clients
  • Loading payments on U-filing and SARS e-filing for release by partner or client
  • Legislative and regulation compliance
  • Compile payroll related statistics and reports
  • Prepare timesheets and update billings
  • Maintain client payroll records for audits
  • Payroll backups
  • Corporate Cash Manager Payments
  • Payments/transfers from accounts
  • Loading payments
  • Opening new back accounts
  • Update FAIS documentation
  • Obtain official proof of banking details and client approval
  • Prepare payment
