Call Centre Manager with sales and sales manager, required to set up and maintain the consumer shopper panel and coding team, for the Market Research Company.

Minimum requirements:

  • Previous Calls Centre Sales Management required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fieldwork/market research environment required
  • Project/Campaign management experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain consumer panel and coding team
  • Grow exiting panel
  • Manage ongoing development and maintenance of a nationwide consumer panel
  • Supervising 6-8 call centre staff, whose function is to recruit and maintain panel members
  • Recruit new panel members through call centre agents
  • Work with technical team to ensure device maintenance, collections, sms’, incentives and prizes in set deadlines
  • Ensure accuracy of data received from panel members
  • Tracking and reporting on quota achieved and monitoring team performance
  • Review project delivery
  • Improve accuracy of planning and tracking in terms of cost, resource requirements and timing
  • Assist in set up and implementation of new systems
  • Support HR processes
  • Coordinate invoices and financial documentation when required
  • Coding – ensure scanned articles are correctly coded and up to date
  • Responsible for implementation of heavy buyer
  • Manage coding team.
