Salary: Market Related

 

Candidate with minimum 2 years’ Recruitment experience (in-house or Recruitment Agency) – preferably for call centres, blue collar or sales staff, required to start asap.

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 essential
  • Relevant HR Diploma preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ bulk recruitment essential
  • Previous experience in handling up to 25 different vacancies at a time required
  • Strong administrative skills essential
  • Minimum 2 years general disciplinary experience advantageous
  • Computer literate

Responsibilities:

  • Bulk recruiting for funeral insurance industry
  • Consult and advise line managers on appropriate HR solutions
  • Support line managers in the application of recommended solutions
  • Build relationships with the lines managers
  • Adhere to internal quality assurance policies and processes
  • Monthly reports on activities, trends, recommendations, etc
  • HR Administration and record keeping
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Manage and conduct entire recruitment and section process, including screening CV’s, compiling short lists, conducting interviews, preparing offer documentation, etc for assigned roles
  • BULK Recruitment
  • Provide HR education on HR processes and practices to employees
  • General HR queries
  • Assist management with disciplinary procedures, documentation, disciplinary hearings and represent company at CCMA as required
