EE Candidate with LT Insurance Management experience and relevant qualifications, required to establish and head up this new division in the Eastern Cape, for an established Financial Services Advisory Firm.


Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 essential
  • Business Degree preferred
  • Relevant FAIS accreditation (FAIS, RE and/or KI) required
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant sales experience required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing sales managers and/or multiple sales branches required
  • LT Insurance experience essential
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport essential
  • Must be willing to travel around Eastern Cape



  • Set up and establish new area and branches in Eastern Cape – Identify sites, lease agreements and assist with staff recruitment
  • Ensure region adheres to expense budgets

  • Set and implement annual budgets for region
  • Relationship building and management – clients, employees, communities, etc

  • Sales presentations to groups/decision makers
  • Attend, participate and conduct meetings
