Salary: Market Related

 

EE Candidate with LT/Funeral Insurance Sales Management experience and relevant qualifications, required to manage sales in the Western Cape Regions.  You will be responsible for 2 Area Managers and 14 Branches.

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 essential
  • Relevant FAIS accreditation (FAIS, RE and/or KI) required
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant sales experience required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing sales managers and/or multiple sales branches required
  • LT/Funeral Insurance experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport essential
  • Must be willing to travel around Western Cape

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure region adheres to expense budgets
  • Sales targets
  • Premium targets
  • Product mix sales targets
  • Field conversion targets
  • Set and implement annual budgets for region
  • Relationship building and management – clients, employees, communities, etc
  • Client satisfaction targets
  • Project targets
  • Leads targets
  • Open new markets/opportunities and campaigns in the community
  • Identify and implement marketing opportunities
  • Sales presentations to groups/decision makers
  • Attend, participate and conduct meetings
  • Compile and submit relevant reports to stakeholders
  • Adhere to the non-advice selling process – ensuring regions compliance to regulatory requirements
  • Quality assurance targets
  • Recruitment of Area Managers
  • Staffing targets
  • Coaching and mentoring of staff
  • Performance management
