Merger and Acquisitions Specialist with a relevant Degree, preferably with a CFA/CFP Certification and minimum 8 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry within distribution and/or broker environment, investment banking, corporate development, private equity or management consultancy with a focus on merger and acquisitions, required to identify, analyse and execute acquisition of IFA’s and Brokerages for this Insurance Giant, based in either Cape Town or Centurion.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field essential
- CFP or CFA highly beneficial
- Minimum 8 years’ financial services experience within the distribution and/or broker environment, investment banking, corporate development, private equity or management consulting with a focus on merger and acquisitions required
- Experience in end-to-end M&A transactions, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiations and integration required
- Knowledge of Financial Services Regulatory requirements essential

- Identify, Analyse and Execute acquisitions that align with the strategic objectives
