Candidate with Marketing qualification and minimum 2 years’ digital marketing experience, required to work closely with the DTP Operator of this Financial Service Provider.  The primary focus of this position will be community management on social channels.

Minimum requirements:

  • Marketing qualification required – IMM Diploma/BCom/BBA Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years’ digital marketing experience required
  • E-mail campaign experience required
  • Google Analytics, Google AdWords, mainstream social media channel experience required
  • Basic HTML knowledge advantageous
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector (Investments) preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Social media community management on all social media channels
  • Propose, implement, drive and tweak marketing tasks to gain client and generate activity
  • Compose email communications
  • Maintain website content through CMS
  • Monitor divisional social media channels, ensuring speedy response
  • Liaise with all departments to deliver business requirements
  • Project management and report on marketing tasks from brief to delivery
  • Prepare communication and campaign plans
  • Provide marketing output – content layout, plain language, corporate identity, tracking mechanisms
  • Collate and report on data across marketing metrics
  • Relationship management with all stakeholders
  • Assist in driving marketing team deliverables
  • Document review, update and management
  • Assist marketing team across projects
