Candidate with Marketing qualification and minimum 2 years’ digital marketing experience, required to work closely with the DTP Operator of this Financial Service Provider. The primary focus of this position will be community management on social channels.
- Marketing qualification required – IMM Diploma/BCom/BBA Marketing
- Minimum 2 years’ digital marketing experience required
- E-mail campaign experience required
- Google Analytics, Google AdWords, mainstream social media channel experience required
- Basic HTML knowledge advantageous
- Previous experience in the financial services sector (Investments) preferred
- Social media community management on all social media channels
- Propose, implement, drive and tweak marketing tasks to gain client and generate activity
- Compose email communications
- Maintain website content through CMS
- Monitor divisional social media channels, ensuring speedy response
- Liaise with all departments to deliver business requirements
- Project management and report on marketing tasks from brief to delivery
- Prepare communication and campaign plans
- Provide marketing output – content layout, plain language, corporate identity, tracking mechanisms
- Collate and report on data across marketing metrics
- Relationship management with all stakeholders
- Assist in driving marketing team deliverables
- Document review, update and management
- Assist marketing team across projects
