Reconciliation Specialist with a University Degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in the Collective Investment Scheme Funds environment, required for an Asset Management company based in Constantia, Cape Town.
Minimum requirements:
- University Degree required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Collective Investment Scheme Funds environment required
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the financial function relating to client administration of CIS Funds -local and offshore clients
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations daily
- Daily review of FNZ bank reconciliations
- Daily preparation of FMX reconciliations
- Instruct reversal of unpaid transactions
- Prepare Creations reconciliations
- Prepare Finswitch reconciliations
- Review key controls within the client administration control environment
- Commission and rebate reconciliations
