Outbound Sales Team Leader with at least 2 years’ Team Leader experience in a Call Centre Sales environment, specific to Short Term Insurance, and with the required industry regulated qualification, required to manage and oversee the Insurance Sales Team.
Minimum requirement:
- NQF4 qualification or tertiary qualification essential
- RE5 essential
- Full qualification in Short Term Insurance required
- Minimum 2 years’ Call Centre Team Leader sales experience essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing a Short Term Insurance Sales Team essential
- Outbound call centre sales experience essential
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Short Term Insurance Sales Team
- Offer opportunity for a quote for life insurance policies and other products and manage sales process
- Manage and oversee lead optimization
- Identity team needs, understand and train team to handle objections etc
- Team discipline
- Improve sales effectiveness
- Run incentives
