Training Assistant Manager – Boksburg, GP

Training Assistant Manager with an N6/B.Eng Degree or related Diesel Mechanic/Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic Trade and preferably a Training Certificate (Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator) with minimum 5 years’ Technical and Operational experience, required to identify and monitor training needs and design and plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • N6 / B.Eng Degree or related Technical qualification – Diesel/Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic Trade essential
  • Training Certificate (Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator) advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years’ technical engineering and training experience essential
  • CETA process experience required
  • Skills Gap Analysis experience and knowledge required

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and monitor training needs
  • Design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures
  • Evaluate level of technical personnel and training of improvement of technical employees
  • Facilitate, assess and moderate training
  • Budgeting
  • Facilitate/assess and moderate specific training
  • Administration
  • Reporting
  • Group training management
  • Develop and facilitate technical training
