Let’s Get Personal – Meet the team
Lourie has a degree in Industrial Psychology (RAU 1994) and started in Personnel Recruitment in 1994. He established his own Recruitment Agency in 1995, specializing in the medical industry – being a preferred supplier for Netcare, as well as the short term insurance industry. During 2001 he travelled through Europe and the Mediterranean, and returned to South Africa in late 2001, continuing a career in the fitness industry. Since 2004, Lourie also gained experience in the construction industry, ranging from the financial side to project management. He believes that life should not be a dress rehearsal, but should be lived to the fullest extent.

After completing her MCSD through IT Intellect in 2003, Stephanie joined the planning department of leading footwear manufacturer, Crouch Footwear, in Pietermaritzurg. Thereafter she became acquainted with recruitment in 2006 by working for The Head Office Placements before relocating to Cape Town. She then contracted in the client liaison department at one of Cape Town’s media companies during March 2009 before joining Yazoo Recruitment Specialists in August 2009 as Office Administrator.
